First we would like to thank ALL OF the great buyers who came out to this auction last Saturday in Whitehall! It was standing room only and we appreciate your patience with the lack of space! As usual those that attend our auctions are wonderful people! We hope you had some fun and got a few of the very high quality items this auction had to offer. With that said, we've been getting loads of calls asking what the Chevelle & MGB brought. As we stated the vehicles all had very minimal reserve prices on them. We don't take anything for auction with a reserve that we think is not VERY reasonable. We don't want to waste our seller's or our buyer's time. We know how valuable your time is! That said, every vehicle listed in this auction sold except the 58 Chevy Pickup. The 66 Ford pickup sold after the auction for $2100.00 to a gentleman who said he doesn't know why he didn't go ahead and bid on it during the auction. He's lucky it didn't sell out from under him.
The MGB was an awesome ride, very cute and clean! It sold at auction for $6500.00. The 1980 RV, which was really clean inside, sold at auction for $4150.00. The 1968 Plymouth sold at auction for $1800. AND last but not least the beautiful all original '64 Chevelle Malibu SS sold at auction to a gentleman from Gillette, Wy for $29,000. He got a great buy on a beautiful vehicle that was like new even though it is over 40 years old! Great investment!
The buyers at this auction were also treated to some good buys on beautiful antique furnishings!
