Boy this is some presidential primary isn't it?! If you are like us not to many good choices but I guess we'll make the most of it and pray that God takes care of the rest for us. I do like Huckabee the most though. Seems very sincere and does not read a teleprompter or notes when he makes his speaches. To me this says alot! It says that what he is saying is what is coming from inside and how he truly feels. I don't agree with some of it unfortunately but I'd rather vote form someone who tells it like it is rather than just what they think we want to hear right now (and depending on what group they are talking to at the moment... Well there goes another successful auction! Auction goers on Sat, Mar 1 were treated to a fairly short and quick but quality auction with plenty of bargains for everyone. Unlike most of our auctions this one completed by 2 pm in plenty of time for folks to travel the roads before dark. We did get a little snow storm that lasted about an hour and then melted away but this didn't seem to phase our traveled Montana auction goers. They came out in full force to spend most of the day finding treasures. We have several more auctions in the works - April 19, May 17, and June 28. These are tentative dates. Well, I haven't blogged in a while! What an election huh! Nuff said. Well now that that is over we all need to pray our new president can handle the job and get our economy back on track. Our auction this past Sunday (11/16/08) did not reflect the economy, or maybe it did. We had plenty of very nice quality merchandise as you can see by the online flyer at (click here to view) as well we also had a good number of buyer's. Maybe people will get back to bargain hunting in this economy which should help the auction industry! So give us a call if you have quality items that you need to move! Our next auction is tentatively planned for New Years Day in Whitehall at the Community Center. Please check our "Upcoming Auctions" link often for updates. The Community Center in Whitehall is a very comfortable facility with heat that is ran by the VFW/American Legion folks. So the rent on this building is going to a great cause plus the folks there are very accomodating!
