If you are new to our auctions or WITHOUT an extensive check writing history with us and plan to purchase $1000 or more by check OR if you DO have a good LONG history with us of writing large checks and plan to write a check for $4000 or more you will need to submit a bank letter of guarantee to us no later that noon on the Friday prior to the auction. Instructions and details are on this form that your bank can fill out and submit. Or you can pay by bank wire transfer, cash or cashier's check on the Monday after the auction prior to or at time of pickup of items won. Online bidders must pay for larger items with guaranteed funds (not by credit card or debit card as these are subject to charge backs and/or delayed payment by credit card companies. I'm sorry but WE MUST HAVE GUARANTEED FUNDS THAT ARE NOT SUBJECT TO DELAY OR CHARGE-BACKS.
