UPCOMING MONTANA AUCTIONS

-Important Notice to our Valued Clients,

Hagedorn Auction is being dissolved and split into two independent auction services:

• Scott Hagedorn Auctions* Email shsauctions@gmail.com or Phone (406)595-3388
• Dawn Hagedorn Auctions* Phone (406)595-3377

*Exact names are to be determined and will be announced by the respective party. Each name will include that party's first name to distinguish the service from the other party's service and from the former joint venture, Hagedorn Auction.

Effective immediately, each entity will operate as a fully separate business. Key details:

• Scott Hagedorn Auction will be solely owned and operated by Scott Hagedorn &/or his assigns.
• Dawn Hagedorn Auction will be solely owned and operated by Dawn Hagedorn &/or her assigns.

No Shared Involvement or Liability:

• Neither Scott nor Dawn will have any involvement in, or liability for, the other's business practices, policies, payments, or operations. Each party is individually and solely responsible for all policies, payments, receipts, and liabilities within their own service.

Past Policies No Longer Apply:

• The policies and practices of the former Hagedorn Auction do not bind either new entity. Please note that each service may operate under different policies and practices.

Email Correspondence Going Forward:

• You may receive emails or other correspondence from either or both new entities from time to time. Each communication will clearly indicate which entity you are dealing with.
• You will be able to unsubscribe from either or both email lists at any time.
• If it is ever unclear which entity sent an email, please forward it to sold@hagedornauction.com with any concerns or questions, and we will make sure you get an answer.
• Beyond replies to emails you send us, you will receive very few (if any) future messages from sold@hagedornauction.com.

Thank you for all of your past business. We look forward to continuing to serve you as two individual auction services.
